Book and Article Purchases
As a general policy, purchases of books and articles are non-refundable. However, we offer refunds in specific cases:
- Duplicate transactions or technical errors during payment
- Incorrect amount charged during the transaction
- Unauthorized transactions or fraudulent activity detected
- Defective or damaged books or articles upon delivery
Cancellation Process
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before dispatch
- To cancel an order, contact us at lodhivimukt@gmail.com or call +91 9450111741 with your order details
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted
Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide your order ID, transaction details, and reason for refund
- If the product is defective or damaged, include photographic proof
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Note: All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the validity of the claim.
